Collines Rhodaniennes – Bouquet de Syrah

Abstract

Bouquet de syrah is a crisp, fruity and very fresh wine. The nose offers an expression where the fruit rubs shoulders with spicy, strawberry and violet notes. The palate is fleshy with a firm structure. Finally, this wine can be enjoyed in the summer as an accompaniment to a barbecue.
The vines are located in Lubac (07), on a 400 m plateau, but also on the lower slopes.
