Collines Rhodaniennes – Bouquet de Blanc

Abstract

Bouquet de blanc is the concentrate of 3 white grape varieties present in the Northern Rhone Valley. A rich and elegant wine with all the pleasure of the 3 grape varieties. The nose presents refined fruity notes (apricot, peach) but also smoky notes. On the palate, tension and minerality are found and at the end a slight bitterness.
The vines are located in Lubac (07), on a plateau, but also on the lower slopes.
